What counts as a session?
One conversation between a user and your agent, however many turns it takes. We don't charge per message or per seat.
What hits the limit?
Only the sessions you send us. Sampling is in your control, so you can trace everything or a slice and stay on a smaller plan.
Is my data private?
We strip personal details before anything is stored, and enterprise auth (SSO, audit logs) runs on WorkOS. SOC 2 is on the roadmap.
Can I leave?
Yes. Export your data and we'll help you offboard, no lock-in. We'd rather earn the renewal.
